32 Weeks with Baby #2

I'm in my 32nd week with this pregnancy and feeling pretty good.  Some days are better than others but overall things are well.  The baby is head down, pretty low and measuring on schedule. I predict that I'll deliver right around my due date as I did with Harper.  I'm  anemic again this pregnancy but my vitiams and extra iron are helping me feel  better.  I had really bad swelling in my hands and feet with Harper and thank goodness that has not kicked it yet with this baby.  I'm so very grateful for that.

I'm really not prepared for this baby at all.  I know things will come together soon or I hope.  The baby's room will be downstairs this time and we have one more peice of furniture to paint. The bedding is on back order and won't be here until the first week of May :( Once it all comes together I'll post a picture.

8 weeks or less and we get to me this new little!

Spring Break 2014

We had the best Spring Break and I'm so sad it's over.  I'm not looking forward to waking up super early again and putting on tight, uncomfortable work clothes :(

We wanted to do something special for Harper since she'll soon have a sibling and have to share us. We planned a relaxing trip to the cabin with some fun, little stops during the week.   We played, made crafts, painted, relaxed, danced (to Frozen like 50 million times), and rode around on the ranch.

On our way to Kerrville, we stopped at one of our favorite restaurants in New Braunfels to celebrate Scott's 31st birthday.  On Tuesday, we went to Sea World which was crowded but we had good seats at every show and Harper loved every minute of it.  She was so good (even in the 1.5 hour car wait to get in) and only had one meltdown because a little kid stole the purple horse from us on the carousel.  We rode it again and got the silly purple horse and all was well in Harper World.

Thursday, we packed up and went to Natural Bridge Caverns Wildlife Ranch.  Again we had to wait 1.5 hours to get in and take two port-a-potty breaks but she took it like a champ.

We made many memories that we'll never forget!
