We have so much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. Obviously the most important is the gift of our baby girl. She brings so much joy into our lives and I feel so honored to be her mother.

I also became an aunt to sweet baby Wade and got a new sister in law this year! God is good and we are thanking him for our many blessings.

We spent Thanksgiving day in Tomball and then headed to Nada for supper at memo and popo's. Lots of good family time!

Wade had his first sleep overs at Gigi's while Kevin and Alyson went to the big game. We had a great night with both babies.

We left for our annual black Friday shopping around 9:00 and Harper lasted all day. She was a good girl and we had a wonderful day with nanny, my aunts and cousins.

Growing up too fast

Two nights ago Harper started getting up on her hands and knees and then rocks back and forth. It's so darn cute and she gets a kick out of it. I can't believe she's already doing this and soon going to turn 6 months!

I think she looks so much like me when I was a baby. The other morning she was laying in my bed smiling at me and it was so scary because it was like I was looking at myself!!

Last night my school had our annual Family Education Night and my mom brought Harper up since Scott is out of town. The kids loved seeing her and she even took a picture with Clifford The Big Red Dog and Geronimo Stilton .

5 Months and a New Cousin!

Well, I have so many posts and pictures that I want to share but I have been so overwhelmed with life lately. I basically have 1 more month of school for my masters program and I couldn't be happier. The program has been wonderful but honestly I can't wait to be done with all the assignments and the workload. I graduate from Sam Houston on December 16th and I can't wait to share this special day with my daughter!

On November 2nd, Harper turned 5 months old and I became an aunt to Wade Michael Hoffman. I was so lucky to be with my brother, sis-in-law and family the day we welcomed Wade into the world. Harper is exactly 5 months older than him and I can't wait to see them grow up together. It's just so special!

Harper has been doing great and still just has her two bottom front teeth. They're pretty cute as they've grown out but now she likes to bite! She's able to sit up on her own for a little bit but can't get to the sit up position by herself so i have to help her out. We also enjoy all the lovely new sounds she is experimenting with and she knows how to give kisses but they're open mouth!

She has had her first little cold since last Monday so we've been dealing with that and it's not fun! Poor baby :(

Saturday we took her 6 month pictures a little early so we'd have them for Christmas. We had so much fun and can't wait to see them. We also had cousin Matt and Melissa's wedding in Houston.

Also, I'm addicted to Pinterest and made my first pin tonight for dinner. It was delicious!

I'll leave you with some of my iPhone pictures since I haven't downloaded my camera pics yet.
